Personal Trainer
Upon starting my fitness journey, I was far from where I wanted to be physically and emotionally. One day, I finally decided to change my lifestyle and I have not looked back since. It has been a tough journey and I suffered from a lot of ups and downs in the process, but I finally discovered my passions in strength training and HIIT cardio such as jumping rope. Fitness became my way not only to get stronger and healthier but also to build the confidence that I was previously lacking. I soon got a job working in a gym and built a relationship with a number of trainers. I learned how to train efficiently while still embodying a motivational yet fun experience for clients. To me, personal training is more than just getting people the body that they want, it’s also giving them the tools to lead a healthier and overall better and longer life. With each program completed, my clients will be set up with more and more tools to continue living the healthy life they deserve.

Online and in-person training. In-person training at select Crunch gyms, Reconstructed By Sam gym, and outdoor parks near and in Atlanta, Georgia.
